"Dictator" / "Cadamosto"

Hello all again!
Some help needed for her final fate.
Built 1905 as "Dictator" for Norwegian owner Holdt & Isachsen, Stavanger.
Sold 1932 to Italian buyer Salvagno Anon. Nav.,Venezia, and renamed "Cadamosto"
22.12.1941. Sunk by British submarine about 14 miles NW of Misurata, Libya, on voyage Bengazi - Tripoli.
Anybody who knows which submarine torpedoed the "Cadamosto"?
Another source claims that she was mined 8 miles of Misurata??
