Attack against U 122 on 7.5.1940

Hello,
on the date above U 122 sighted a torpedo passing her bow with a few feet to spare. This incident took place in AN 6839 at 0217 hours. If this really was a torpedo attack, which allied submarine fired the torpedo.
Also on 23.5.1940 U 122 sighted a 'british' submarine in AN 4591, does anyone know the identity of this sub?
