I have received it from my Russian Friend. Some comments by myself. Every more comment welcome...
Thanks in advance

Data vere taken from “Korabli i katera VMF SSSR 1939-1945 gg.” (Soviet Navy Ships and Cutters 1939-1945) by A.Shirokorad (Minsk, “Harvest”, 2002, 944 pages) and partly verified by other literature and Internet sources (see lists of used sources at my site [www.sovnavy-ww2.by.ru]).
All geographical names are given in Russian transliteration. All cutters names are given in Russian (PK means «pogranichny kater» (frontier guard cutter), SK means «storozhevoy kater» (patrol cutter), VR means «[okhrana] vodnogo rayona» (sea region guard), МО means «maly okhotnik» (small submarine chaser), they are also often called «morskoy okhotnik» (sea hunter), BMO means «bronirovanny maly okhotnik» (armoured small submarine chaser)).
