sinking of UJ-2109 (ex. Widnes)

Hallo
For the sinking of this boat i found three different reasons
1.) british source in the web:
sunk by destroyer HMS Eclipse, Faulknor and RHN Queen Olga
2.) Harald Fock:
sunk by destroyer HMS Jervis and HMS Penn
3.) Chronology of the war at sea by Rohwer / Hümmelchen:
sunk by destroyer HMS Hursly and RHN Miaoulis
What is correct ?
